Job Description
We are looking for a caring and proactive teaching assistant to support children in both Year 2 and Nursery within a primary school in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This role involves working closely with teachers to provide classroom support, assisting with early years development, and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities

* Support students in both Year 2 and Nursery with their learning and development

* Assist with classroom activities, small group interventions, and one-to-one support

* Help create an engaging and structured learning environment

* Support children with additional needs, adapting activities to meet their individual requirements

* Encourage social, emotional, and academic progress through positive reinforcement and structured routines

Required Experience

* Previous classroom experience in a primary school setting

* Experience working with children with SEND

* A patient and supportive approach to working with young learners
