Start Date: February 2025.
Duration: Temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate!

About the Role:
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide tailored support to a Year 4 pupil with specific learning or developmental needs.
Assist the child in accessing the curriculum and achieving their individual targets.
Implement strategies to support emotional and academic development.
Foster a positive and nurturing environment to promote confidence and independence.
Collaborate closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents to ensure consistent progress.What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be:

Experienced in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), particularly on a 1:1 basis.
Patient, empathetic, and skilled at building rapport with children.
Confident in implementing personalised learning plans.
Qualified with a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certification (desirable but not essential).
