Medium sized M&E company based in the midlands. Major projects in Residencial,Commercial, Heathcare and Education throughout the UK.
Projects going up to £5m.
M&E Site Manager required to work on a new build project of 180+ apartments in the Leeds area.
The ideal M&E Site Manager will have a background in managing complex programmes, have solid communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
Duties -
* Site level M&E Management
* Health and Safety Management
* Procurment
* Liaising with clients
Must have -
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* SSSTS
