Microsoft Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Office Location: London

Salary Range: Up to £90,000

Job Type: Permanent 

Hybrid Model: 5 days onsite during probation | 3 days a week onsite post probation  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and secure Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Develop Power Platform and AI (CoPilot) solutions to streamline business processes.
• Manage SharePoint for collaboration and implement Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensure system performance, security compliance, and proactive improvements.
• Lead automation and identity management initiatives.
• Design and support cloud disaster recovery solutions.
• Provide technical consultation and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with teams, train staff, and document solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing Microsoft 365 & Azure environments.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, M365 Enterprise Admin).
• Strong skills in PowerShell, JSON, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory & cloud automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
