Residential childrens support workerShift pattern: 2 days in 4 of, 48hour shift. 10 sleep ins a month (Extra £60 each sleep)In this role, you will support children and young people living in residential homes, promoting their independence and empowering them to build a brighter future. You will provide care and guidance, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive. By fostering a nurturing and supportive environment, your efforts will contribute to achieving better outcomes for these vulnerable individuals, ensuring they have the tools and encouragement to succeed.
Key Requirements: - NVQ/QCF Level 3 award in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or Caring for Children and Young People. (Essential for this role)
