CNC Miller - Setter/Operator | Bracknell | £38,000 - £40,000 | Day Shift

Use your skills to set and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring every component meets exacting standards.
Work on 3 axis CNC Mills (setting and operating).
Read and interpret engineering drawings with ease and accuracy.
Take ownership of your work, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Contribute your expertise to optimise machine performance and ensure efficient production. 

We're looking for someone who:

Has at least 3 years' experience in CNC Milling as a Setter/Operator.
Is confident in reading technical drawings and working to tight tolerances.
Brings experience with Fanuc, , or similar CNC control systems (desirable).
Is a team player who is proactive, organised, and detail oriented.
Takes pride in their craftsmanship and strives for perfection.
