We are currently recruiting for a Plant Supervisor to join our client at their state-of-the-art facility in Devizes.

Job Responsibilities

* Ensure the efficient operation of the wash plant equipment.

* Regularly inspect and maintain plant machinery to prevent downtime.

* Monitor production processes and provide quality checks consistently.

* Assist with loading and unloading of materials when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Flexibility in working hours.

* Mechanical or Maintenance experience is required.

* Physical fit to do manual labour.

* Previous experience with plant machinery is advantageous.

* Proven commitment to safety practices.

* Strong communication skills are essential.
