An incredible opportunity has come to light within our fantastic client based in Woking! As Procurement & Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for a range of duties including, procurement, logistics, and stock management within the Events Team. This role involves overseeing warehouse operations, pre-and post-event packing, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at supplier negotiations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Source and purchase event-related items and merchandise.
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Maintain ethical sourcing and quality control standards.
Follow tendering processes where applicable.
Develop and maintain a digital stock control system.
Monitor inventory levels and prepare reports.
Oversee pre-and post-event packing, stock counts, and damage reporting.
Manage warehouse operations and optimise storage solutions.
Track and manage procurement budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
Coordinate logistics for event setups and material distribution.
Support the Events & Operations teams with procurement and stock needs.

Skills and Experience Required:

3-5 years' experience in procurement, logistics, or stock control.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Analytical mindset with cost-control expertise.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with inventory management software and databases such as Microsoft Access.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of the non-profit or events sector would be highly advantages
