They are looking for an ambitious individual who will work closely with the partners and an established team to provide services for the firm's corporate clients and assist with growing the current employment offering, with a target of doubling the size of their team. Your new role

• Provide support and advice to employers and employees across all areas of employment law, including TUPE, staff policies, disciplinary procedures, discrimination, whistleblowing, safeguarding workers' rights and more.
• Negotiating complex employment contracts and settlement agreements on behalf of clients.
• Keeping current with changes in UK employment law and advising clients on best practices.
• Participating in business development activities and contributing to the growth of the practice.
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional client service.
• Mentoring and leading junior lawyers within the team.

What you'll need to succeed

• 6+ years PQE.
• Experience in Private Practice.
• Experience in transactional and tribunal cases.
• The ability to grow into a leadership role.
