ToolmakerPermanent£17.05 per hour (£34,577.40 per annum)Monday - Thursday 07:30-16:30 and Friday 07:30-12:30 AlcesterToolmakerJob Description - Manufacture of press tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to supplied drawings and/or technical instructions.
- Set up and operate a range of machinery such as milling, turning, and grinding machines, to repair, create, and modify press tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
- Liaise with the manufacturing engineers/NPDI/NPI team to ascertain what tools they need created, modified, or repaired
- Understanding of and safe use of air tools and hand tools.
- Support production machining activities when required.
ToolmakerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications - Experience creating, repairing, or modifying press tooling for manufacturing purposes
- Well-versed working within a high-precision industry, such as aerospace, automotive, nuclear, marine etc
