• Holding (or working towards) the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or PMI Project Management Professional certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and risks effectively.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capable of working under pressure while maintaining a solutions-focused approach.

Project ManagerResponsibilities:

• Define and document project roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities using RACI matrices.
• Develop, baseline, and maintain project plans in alignment with lifecycle management processes.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings, daily stand-ups, and monthly progress reviews.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring transparent reporting.
• Monitor and control project budgets, quality standards, and delivery milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and managing expectations.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development through to production handover.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams.
