Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Salary: £39,356
Hours: 42 hours per week - NIGHTS

Our client is seeking an RMN to join a 4-bedded male-specific service in Greater Manchester, providing high-quality care for working-age males facing severe and enduring mental health conditions. This service offers a compassionate environment and is well-connected to local amenities and transport links to Manchester city centre.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide compassionate, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs

* Lead and support a team, fostering professional growth

* Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with residents

* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of each resident in a multidisciplinary team

You will bring:

* RMN or RNLD qualification and valid NMC registration

* Experience in a mental health setting

* Strong leadership and teamwork skills

* Commitment to evidence-based, person-centred care
