Position: Psychology Graduate - Learning Support Assistant
Location: Liverpool
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Salary: from £12.82 per hour

Job responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and Speech and Language difficulties.
Assist in the delivery of tailored interventions to promote children's academic and emotional progress.
Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Monitor and record pupil progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
Promote positive behaviour and foster social skills development among pupils.

What We're Looking For

A Psychology graduate with a genuine passion for child development and education.
Knowledge of SEN and experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
