I am working with a well-established contractor in the Basingstoke area who are looking for a Contract Manager to strengthen their team. You will be based in Basingstoke so access to this area will be required, over-seeing an MOD small works contract. There is a lucrative package on offer with a salary reaching up to £55,000 with a company car and benefits package.

The salary for this Contract Manager position is £50,000 - £55,000. You will also receive a benefits package including:

Responsibilities of the Contract Manager:
• Ensuring that all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated when necessary
• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers
• Managing Subcontractors
• Managing various services including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical

Skills needed for the Contract Manager:
• Strong knowledge of CDM, Health and safety, and compliance SFG20 legislation
• SMSTS &IOSH
• Experience in pricing and managing projects up to £30k
• Able to deliver against KPIs and working with SLA's
• MOD clearance would be an advantage
