They work in the extremely lucrative markets and most Graduates earn £45K in their first year which is considerably more than the industry standard. • Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
• Meeting clients and candidates face to face
• Account Management
• Interviewing candidates

• 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Year Sales Experience
