HR Support Officer

£16 per hour (umbrella)

Full Time Contract (6 Weeks)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Support Officer in Oxford. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

• Acting as a point of contact for enquiries. This includes drafting and coordinating responses to queries from employees

• Assisting with the preparation of communications and documents
• Ensuring the implementation of new team pay and reward structures.
• Investigating complex queries and issues
• Seek input from project team colleagues, HR Business Partners, Legal, , Information Management, and Communications as and when required.

The candidate:

• Experience working in a HR capacity is essential
• Experience working in a HR capacity in a public sector setting is desirable
• CIPD qualification is desirable
