Job Title: Contracts Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Location: Oldham

Job Type: Permanent

Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for an Contracts Manager for a client based out of Oldham.

Responsibilities:

* Manage construction programmes and work closely with site managers to ensure that projects run smoothly

* To manage subcontractors

* To attend and lead project meetings with clients and representatives

* Health and safety supervision

Requirements:

* Previous experience with shop fitting and refurbishment

* Proven experience in delivering medium to high-value hospitality and leisure projects

* To manage projects on site

* Knowledge of JCT contracts

* Be willing to travel throughout the UK

* Full UK driving licence
