This new role has been created to support ongoing business growth, involving the project management of both new properties and refurbishments.

Role Overview:

As the Property Project Manager, you'll manage an extensive pipeline of property projects from concept to completion. You'll collaborate with third-party suppliers and internal teams, ensuring all projects meet statutory compliance and business needs. Additionally, you'll handle property-related requests from various departments, using your design skills with AutoCAD (training available if needed) to bring a variety of property projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end management of property projects across the estate
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and project objectives
Use AutoCAD to produce designs for a diverse range of projects

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in construction and fit-out project management, ideally within commercial property
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus (training can be provided)
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles
Familiarity with Building Regulations and health and safety standards
Competence in project management software, such as MS Project
Full, clean driving licence due to travel requirements
