HR Advisor

Full time - Part time considered (4 days)

Harrogate - 2-3 days a week in the office

£30k

Reporting into the Head of People, the HR Advisor will play a key role in the business strategic and cultural journey.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Managing ER casework, providing regular advice and support to managers.
Support with and manage Recruitment.
Supporting with the full employee life-cycle, including on boarding and inductions.
Assist in the review and development of policies, procedures and guidelines.
Work with L&D team to ensure the programme of training is delivered effectively.

We are looking for:

Good employment law knowledge.
Strong hands on experience managing ER cases with experience providing advice and guidance.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Experience supporting and managing recruitment.
Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified - not essential.
