The Role:

As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stages 1 and 2. You'll work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted interventions, and support small groups or individual students to help them achieve their full potential. About You:We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA who:

• Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.

• Has experience working across Key Stages 1 and 2.

• Is confident leading lessons and supporting students of varying abilities.

• Demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills.

• Shares the school's commitment to inclusivity and student well-being.
