Workplace Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Package + 33 days holiday

Location: Crawley, Static role working in a bespoke commerical office space

Do you have client facing experience? Do you have office environment experience? We are now looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join our team across an amazing site of bespoke commerical office space and multi tenanted office space. Our ideal candidate will someone who is positive, pro active and a good attitude towards helping people. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to get into an office / facilities based role and looking to progress within their career.

Key Responsibilities:

* Setting up Meeting Rooms

* Booking in meeting rooms for clients

* Event Coordination

* Vendor Management

* Managing the office space and ensuring the health and safety standards are kept

* Floor walks and floor inspections

* Reporting any maintenance issues to the maintenance team

* Assist other engineers onsite as required

* Replenishing food and drinks

* Meet & greeting clients
