Do you have over 2 or more years of admin experience? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills? Do you have previous scheduling or planning experience? Do you have strong organisational skills? Do you have good problem solving skills?

Service Desk Administrator Duties:
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to emails that have come into the service inbox
- Creating quotes
- Closing down service reports
- Managing account queries
- Logging all calls which come in from engineers
- Creating and managing orders for products and parts
