M&E Contract Supervisor

Hours: 7am - 5pm

Wage: PAYE - £42,000 - £45,000, Annual Performance Based Bonus Scheme, Pension, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday, Van & Fuel Card, Training and Uniform provided.

A Contract Supervisor role is available due to continued expansion of the company. The role suits a Mechanical or Electrically biased engineer with a heating bias. The role suits an individual looking to further their career in a senior management role or an experienced engineer looking to move into a different role within the industry. The perfect candidate will hold domestic electrical qualifications (City & Guilds level 2&3, AM2, Test & Inspect) and able to oversee the company's NIC compliance obligations as an addition to the day-to-day supervisor role.

As a Contract Supervisor your duties would include:

* Taking overall responsibility for the performance of the contract performance including, delivery, management of subcontract labour, client liaison and quality assurance

* Full surveying and post inspection responsibility

* Technical support and site attendance for the installation of domestic air source heat pumps, gas, oil and electric heating systems

* Contract reporting

* Improved Efficiency of the operational team

* Implementation of company practices

Contract Supervisor;

* Domestic Mechanical or Electrical qualifications are essential

* Strong IT skills are preferred but not essential

* Positive attitude towards working within a team environment

* Good communication skills are essential

* Previous experience in managing subcontract labour is preferred but not essential

* Experience of working within social housing environments is preferred
