Position: Repair Coordinator

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of the successful Repair Coordinator:

Schedule and coordinate routine and emergency repair activities.

Communicate with clients to arrange service appointments and address inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of repair activities, parts inventory, and service reports.

Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repair tasks.

Monitor and manage repair schedules to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Provide administrative support to the repair team, including processing work orders and managing documentation.

Requirements of the successful Repair Coordinator:

Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.

Past experience in the lift industry.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
