We're on the hunt for a proactive and dedicated Facilities & Maintenance Technician to join a vibrant residential community. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the site remains a safe, welcoming, and well-presented environment for all residents.

What will you be doing?Carrying out essential maintenance tasks, including painting, decorating, and minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
Ensuring communal areas and amenities are always presented to the highest standard.
Monitoring site utilities, conducting meter readings, and maintaining stock levels for key maintenance supplies.
Conducting health and safety checks, including fire alarm and emergency lighting testing.
Overseeing and assisting contractors on-site to ensure compliance with site rules.
Responding swiftly to resident requests, ensuring any maintenance issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
Taking an active role in apartment turnovers, ensuring a seamless experience for incoming and outgoing residents.
Who are we looking for?We need someone who is:
✔ Experienced in maintenance and facilities management (or a similar hands-on role).
✔ Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
✔ Proactive and capable of working independently to resolve issues efficiently.
