The Role

The Product Manager role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of wealth management products. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position combines strategic vision with hands-on product development. The successful candidate will drive business growth through data-driven decision-making and customer-focused innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept to launch and beyond
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning
Assist in annual product reviews to ensure regulatory compliance, including Consumer Duty
Present product updates and roadmaps to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Required knowledge and experience:

3-5 years of Product Manager experience
Strong understanding of wealth management products and financial technology
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Understanding of Consumer Duty principles and regulations
