Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Fabric Handyman to join CBRE Managed Services Limited on a temporary basis. The role involves carrying out a range of fabric maintenance and repair tasks at a site in NW4 3FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Flooring repairs
Fixtures and fittings repairs
Painting and decorating
General fabric maintenance and handyman tasks

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of general building maintenance
Ability to work independently and efficiently
