People & Culture Manager - Contract - £(Apply online only)/day

I am working with a growing scale-up based in the West Midlands. They are a Tech based platform that has been continually disrupting their sector. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and personable People & Culture Manager who thinks outside the box of a typical HR function. We require them to be qualified or working towards, CIPD Level 5 with a good amount of experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Details:

Experience working in a tech start-up
CIPD Level 5 holds or working towards
Great communication skills
Passionate about diversity and inclusivity in the workplace
Discreet and trustworthy with the ability to build strong relationships
10 Month initial contract
Outside IR35
