AC Engineer - Reading, Berkshire - £44,500

Position: Mobile AC Engineer

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Salary: Up to £44,500 + Company Vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge
Breakers, change plug sockets, temp tests, fire alarm tests.
Splits/multi-splits
VRV/VAV/VRF

Package & Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of up to £44,500
No Callout
Static role with an element of mobile covering up to 4 sites in Reading, Slough, Langley & Winnersh (Largely working in Reading)
Transport: Company Vehicle (Pool Van)
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (40 Hour working week)
Lunch Allowance - 1 hour

Requirements:

Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not Essential)
F-Gas Cat 1 (Essential)
3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Strong communication skills
Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean, no more than 6 points)
