About the Role

This well-established secondary school is seeking passionate and reliable support staff to help enrich the classroom experience and support students' learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.

As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Supervising lessons using pre-prepared materials.

Delivering set work and ensuring students stay on task.

Managing classroom behavior and creating a positive learning environment.

Supporting students with a range of abilities and needs.

Upholding and promoting the school's core values.

What We're Looking For

Experience working with young people in any setting (education, youth work, residential care, etc.).

Confidence in leading a classroom and maintaining student engagement.

Patience, empathy, and a calm approach to handling challenges.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
