Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Salary: (30-38K Per Annum)

Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the (London) area. My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a team on a large R&D site.

Responsibilities:

Tap temperature readings
Changing/installing new pipes
Drainage & flushing
Unblocking toilets
Replacing shower heads
descaling
inspection and fault finding on boilers
Changing taps/toilets/sinks
general building fabric work
Assisting mechanical engineer with mechanical maintenance work where requiredPackage:

Salary: Up to (38K) per annum.
Holiday: Generous 33 days leave.

Working Hours: (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)Requirements:

NVQ level 2 in plumbing (min.)
Experience doing plumbing maintenance in high-end residential, offices, or critical building
