We are looking for a passionate and energetic Rooftop Waiter to join our dynamic team at Kaso. As a Rooftop Waiter, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience, from taking orders to serving drinks and food, while ensuring that our guests have a memorable time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love engaging with people, and have a passion for hospitality, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met with a warm and friendly approach.

• Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate.

• Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

• Keep the rooftop area tidy and organised, setting up tables and clearing them efficiently while maintaining the bar's stylish presentation.

• Stay up-to-date with the menu, daily specials, and cocktail offerings to answer any guest questions and enhance their experience.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly, resolving any issues to ensure a positive outcome.

Salary: £11.90 p/h plus tronc
