We're on the lookout for a skilled Laser Setter Operator to join a fast-paced, quality-focused production team. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and have a passion for precision engineering, we want to hear from you!
 
What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, etc.)
Interpret technical drawings and job specifications
Select materials and adjust machine settings for optimal output
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
Monitor quality and make real-time adjustments as needed
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet tight deadlines 
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience operating and setting laser cutting machinery
Solid understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and within a team
Flexibility to work shifts/overtime as required
Forklift or overhead crane license
