Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading, property and construction consultancy with offices across the UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of their offices to cover projects across eastern England.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will report into a Partner and be part of a skilful team who are delivering an array of projects usually valuing between £5m - £60m for commercial, higher education, sports, and residential clients.

The Partners are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who they can entrust to deliver projects predominantly around the Essex and Cambridgeshire area, from inception to completion.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying / construction degree

* A proven track record of running your own projects

* Pre and post cost management experience

* PQS / Cost Consultancy work experience

* Happy to commute to projects across East Anglia

* Driving licence
