The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our rental division by targeting local businesses, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships across the Midlands and the South of England.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within vehicle rental.
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
* Manage a large territory effectively, ensuring consistent outreach and sales activity.
* Develop tailored rental solutions that meet client needs and support their fleet operations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Meet and exceed sales targets while reporting on pipeline and market trends.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in business development and B2B sales, preferably in rental, leasing, or automative industry.
* A hunter mentality - someone who thrives on seeking out and closing new business opportunities.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of managing a large geographic area.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
