Staff Nurse (RMN Qualified)
Location: Specialist Care Home - Dementia and Mental Health Care
Hours: Day Shifts, 36 hours per week (with potential for additional hours)
Hourly Rate: £21.50 + Paid Breaks

This specialist care home that provides high-quality care for individuals with dementia and mental health needs. Our client takes pride in offering a supportive, nurturing environment for both residents and staff. They are now looking for an experienced and skilled Staff Nurse (RMN) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, managing medication, and carrying out assessments.

Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
• Valid NMC registration
• Previous experience in a mental health or dementia care setting (preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with mental health and dementia needs
• Administer medications and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Develop and implement individualised care plans
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
• Support and mentor care staff
