The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, securing bookings and up selling different products that would be available to them. I'm looking for a sales candidate who is extremely money motivated, driven and thrives working in a target driven environment. You will be building relationships with customers (B2C) over the phone; therefore it is vital that you have a confident telephone manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Returning sales enquiries

Dealing with inbound enquiries

Maintaining a reasonable presence on the phone each day

Upkeep of leads

Turning leads into sales

Maintain customer database using Salesforce

Meet sales targets on a monthly basis

Process payments accurately

Gain industry knowledge and keep this updated

Be a positive influence within the Team environment

Give excellent customer service

Remain professional at all times
