About Us:

Park Holidays is one of the largest providers of holiday parks in the UK, with 60 locations across England and Scotland. We offer great value family holidays, short breaks, touring, and camping, along with a wide range of static caravan holiday homes and luxury lodges for sale.

Overview:

We are looking for a Yield Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our park and call centre staff by handling queries, managing bookings, and optimizing revenue opportunities. This includes managing sublets, building strong relationships with caravan and lodge owners, and relocating guest bookings when necessary. The Yield Assistant will also manage availability, provide ad-hoc reports to the Yield Manager, and assist with various other tasks to support our operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend relevant training courses as recommended by the Holiday Sales & Marketing Manager, Yield Manager, or the Company.

* Strive to meet and exceed annual operating targets.

* Implement yield management strategies across all parks.

* Develop and maintain working relationships with external partners.

* Drive sales within hire and touring at the park level.

* Monitor and analyse stock levels.

* Identify opportunities to enhance profitability.

* Assist in the booking process.

* Support promotional activity and campaign management.

* Undertake fleet grading tasks.

* Manage and develop sublet opportunities.

* Conduct competitor pricing analysis and monitor market activity.

* Provide ad-hoc reporting to the Yield Manager.

* Offer assistance and support to General Managers, Holiday Sales Managers, and park administration staff.

Skills, and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel

* Customer service experience to 3yr+

* Strong communication skills

* Background in Revenue Management preferred

* Experience in Travel & Tourism is preferred
