Join us as a Dual Site Manager for a Vibrant Coffee Company!

We are currently recruiting for a dual site manager for bustling coffee shops on the Wirral. The role is operational over the two locations. The company prides itself on exceptional customer service and providing a memorable experience with every visit.
As a dual manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. You will lead a team of dedicated baristas, ensuring customers receive outstanding service and the shops runs smoothly.

Location: Wirral
Salary: £27,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Duties:

Training new staff on both sites
Liaising with operations managers and other area managers
Managing the till, float and cashbook
Stock control
Marketing and advertising
Rotas
Recruitment of new staff members
Front of house duties - serving when required and in store at busy periods
Enforcing H&S and Food Hygiene ProceduresExperience:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Positive and proactive person 
Rota basis for hours so either an early or later shift but shop is open the below
Monday - Saturday 7am - 5pm and Sunday 8am - 3pm
