MIG Welders x4 - Norton Canes

Pay: £13.00 to £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday

BCS Connect is currently recruiting for four experienced MIG Welders on behalf of a well-established client based in the Norton Canes area. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders seeking long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Role Responsibilities:

Carrying out MIG welding to a high standard on mild steel components

*

Working from technical drawings and welding symbols

*

Assisting in the fabrication of metal structures and assemblies

*

Operating hand and power tools for preparation and finishing work

*

Performing self-inspections to ensure quality standards are met

*

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Candidate Requirements:

*

Proven experience in MIG welding

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

*

High attention to detail and workmanship

*

Reliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing work

*

Willingness to take a weld test as part of the selection process
