Key Responsibilities:

• Handling post-completion requirements, including HMLR registrations and requisitions
• Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and borrowers to facilitate smooth transactions
• Requesting redemption figures
• Assisting in the preparation of sale contract packs
• Supporting the Head of Department in maintaining lender panel status
• Assisting in reporting to clients and preparing contracts for signature
• Submitting property searches and ensuring all documentation is in order

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in residential conveyancing
• Highly organised, with excellent communication skills
• A strong team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment
