We are seeking a General Cover Teacher to join our vibrant and dedicated team in Nuneaton. The ideal candidate will be flexible, confident, and able to step into a variety of subject areas to provide high-quality teaching and learning for students across different year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons to students in the absence of regular teachers
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Ensuring that students remain on task and complete set work to the best of their ability
Supporting the overall progress and development of students
Liaising with the department heads and teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
Adapting teaching materials as needed to suit the needs of students
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, or relevant experience in a school environment
A flexible approach to teaching and classroom management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of students
The ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to different subjects and environments
