CMA are delighted to be supporting an established Whiteley based business, considered an industry leader within their sector. They are currently looking to appoint a Finance Assistant, assisting the ledger teams with the daily administration of receipts and payments.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

Provide support for bank reconciliations for all bank accounts, ensuring the bank is fully reconciled at the end of the month as part of the month end closure
Reconciling corporate cards, cheques and uploading journals
Posting of bank receipts to the sales ledger and matching to customers invoices
Assist in exporting bank statements
Assisting with invoice uploads and creation of ad hoc manual invoices
Ensuring correct and accurate information on customer accounts is maintained
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

Some finance experience would be advantageous
Great planning and organisational skills are essential
Excellent communication skills are required in addition to outstanding attention to detail
