Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of clinical laboratory instruments, working meticulously to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring our client's products meet the strictest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble clinical laboratory instruments according to SOPs and quality control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Good In Quality Control (GIQC) standards throughout the production process.
• Accurately raise and complete work orders within the ERP system.
• Assist with packaging and preparation of goods for dispatch.
• Coordinate goods out and despatch activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and resolve any assembly issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar assembly role, ideally within the medical devices or laboratory instruments industry however similar experience from Automotive, Pharmaceutical or general manufacturing will be considered as full training will be provided.
• Familiarity with SOPs, GIQC, and GMP standards.
• Experience with ERP systems for work order management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
