Graduate Account Manager - Bristol - Hybrid - Up to £30,000

Hybrid working: Office-based for the first 3-6 months with potential for remote work 2-3 days a week after probation.

As a Graduate Account Manager, you will work closely with both new and long-standing business clients. This fast-paced, hands-on role involves a mix of numerate, technical, and customer-facing tasks.

Job role of the Account Manager:

Meet with clients to understand their utility portfolio and needs.
Build relationships with suppliers and stay updated on new products.
Analyse cost data to identify savings for customers.
Produce ad-hoc reports for clients.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, resolving ad-hoc queries.
Who/what we are looking for:

Minimum 2:1 degree in a numerate engineering or science-based discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic, flexible, and hard-working approach.
Strong attention to detail with first-rate organizational skills.
High level of computer literacy, especially in MS Excel.
Eager to learn about a complex industry and develop new skills.
Exceptional customer service and handling customer objections.
