Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, OTE

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our client’s energetic team, targeting construction, education and healthcare sectors, and converting leads into sales.

The primary responsibility of this role is to grow sales by prospecting new, existing customers, and converting incoming leads via phone and email. Provide outstanding customer service and solve problems efficiently. Report to the Inside Sales Manager and nurture business with new and existing accounts across the UK.

Key responsibilities for a Sales Executive

  • Find and win new business
  • Outbound calls to new and existing customers
  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Qualify leads and liaise with manufacturers to find solutions
  • Prospect via phone, email, CRM
  • Follow up on enquiries promptly
  • Update CRM system
  • Assist customers with order queries
  • Collect customer feedback
  • Manage customer accounts to build relationships and repeat business
  • Support Sales Manager with ad-hoc tasks
  • Achieve growth within the first 3 months

Key skills for a Sales Executive

  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience, preferably in B2B or construction
  • Outbound telephone experience
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated team player
  • Target-driven and results-focused
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and CRM systems
  • Full clean UK driving licence
