One of Europe’s largest Real Estate and Investment companies are looking for a PA to assist the Head of Workspace and Leasing team in Central London. This modern bespoke organisation provides a great pathway of a career for anyone wishing to work in a growing corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Team assistant or PA experience ideally in a corporate property background. Someone with a good eye for detail and organisation skills is key!

You will have a chance to work on some of the top retail and residential schemes in the UK and be part of a FTSE 250 organisation.

Our purpose is to create and manage outstanding places which deliver positive outcomes for all our stakeholders on a long term, sustainable basis.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Diary management - setting up meetings/teams’ video conference calls efficiently and without prompt and booking meeting rooms and catering as required.
  • Managing marketing suite diaries.
  • Proactively moving meetings around to make way for more time sensitive meetings or viewings at short notice.
  • Preparing and amending presentations and other documents to tight deadlines.
  • Organisation of internal and external events.
  • Build, develop and manage relationships with all internal and external parties. First point of contact for Agents, Project Managers, Lawyers etc.
  • Arranging site tours / viewings at various locations (liaising with site teams to arrange access and PPE).
  • Deal management - coordination with Secretariat and Lawyers to ensure deals and leases are logged, signed, and sent back within the correct timescale.
  • Travel arrangements - organising domestic flights, train tickets, hotels, and taxis.
  • General administration - processing expense claims, updating the hospitality register, logging CPD and volunteering hours.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience working in a similar PA role at a FTSE 100 company and within a fast-paced professional department.
  • Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders and managing multiple diaries.
  • Flexibility - must be able to deal with different levels of workload.
  • A collaborative and strong team player.
  • A professional attitude and ability to demonstrate great initiative.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe
  • Ability to adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Able to use knowledge learned to look at the bigger picture to understand where tasks fit in.
