We are seeking Performance & Data Analysts to join a Social Care Performance Team at a local authority in the South of England!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Use tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python to make data accessible and develop actionable insights for a wide-ranging audience.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of statutory returns, including Client Level Data/SALT, CLA, CIN, and DoLs MCA.
• Present insightful reports to senior leaders, helping build a shared understanding of key challenges. Experience with reporting from Liquidlogic, Mosaic, Synergy or Capita is required.
• Investigate trends, ask critical questions, and propose creative data-driven solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in BI and data visualisation tools.
• Experience in delivering statutory returns and performance reports.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Examples of roles we require: Performance/BI/Data Analyst, Statutory Reporting Officer, Performance Manager, Data Engineer/Architect/Scientist.
• Council or Local Authority experience is required.

Roles will be on a contract basis, day rate to be discussed.
