Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with MUST HAVE experience working within Microsoft Partner Solutions (Microsoft Cloud, DevOps, Data Migration, Legacy App Support). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology services and a proven track record of driving sales and business growth within the SME and mid-market segments. As a Business Development Manager, you will grow strategic initiatives, build opportunity pipelines, nurture partner and client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners in strategic initiative areas.
Provide insight into partner programmes, incentives, and platforms to drive growth.
Evolve existing propositions and ensure they are communicated effectively to partners.Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Target prospective clients within the SME and mid-market sectors.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.Sales Strategy and Execution:

Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and pre-sales engagements.
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries in specific areas.
No requirements for closing deals as deals will be handed over to be closed.Collaboration and Coordination:

Work with marketing to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Provide market trend feedback to shape business opportunities.Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
Track pipeline progression and report on sales performance.Key Skills:

Must have solid experience in business development or sales within Microsoft Partner Solutions (Microsoft Cloud, DevOps, Data Migration).
Proven track record of driving business growth.
Strong understanding of technology solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
