Clearfield Recruitment have partnered with a leading specialist in drylining and ceiling solutions. We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to join the team. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the operational success of multiple large-scale projects across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee operations across various projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

* Directly manage a team of 4 Contracts Managers, providing leadership, support, and direction to drive project success.

* Collaborate with the Managing Director on strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements.

* Ensure efficient coordination between contracts managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project deadlines.

* Travel between project sites across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex to ensure smooth operations and provide on-the-ground support.

* Maintain strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations and ensure that all teams follow industry standards.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in an operations management role within the drylining and ceilings sector is essential.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage multiple Contracts Managers and drive operational excellence.

* A track record of delivering successful projects, on time and within budget.

* Excellent communication and decision-making abilities, with a problem-solving mindset.

* Willingness to travel across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex as needed.

Salary & Benefits:

* Competitive salary between £80,000 - £90,000 based on experience.
